Since its acquisition of Valenite (Aust) in 1993, Valcor has
developed its product range and technical expertise to provide
a valuable specialist capability in metal removal for Australian
and international manufacturers.

  • 1993 Valenite Australia Management Group form Valcor
    Australia to acquire Valenite (Aust). Valcor gains licence
    to design and manufacture customised metal cutting
    tools and is appointed exclusive Valenite distributor in
    Australia

  • 1995 Valcor appointed as sole distributor of
    Cincinnati Milacron consumable products

  • 1996 Valcor appointed as sole distributor of Widia
    metal cutting tools
